Real average hourly earnings for all employees was unchanged from March to April, seasonally adjusted, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported.
This stems from no change in both the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) and average hourly earnings.

Real average weekly earnings was unchanged over the month, as a result of no change in both the real average hourly earnings and the average workweek. Since reaching a peak in October 2010, real average weekly earnings have fallen 1.2 percent.
